How do I become a subscriber and participate?
To become a subscriber, you are required to register online through our platform and pay the applicable subscription fee of ₦10,500. Please ensure that all information submitted during registration is accurate, authentic, and up to date. Your first account serves as your primary account until your third downline Mutual Family is successfully completed. Thereafter, you may be rewarded with a bonus account or guided to create an additional account. Your bonus account will continue to enjoy the privileges attached to your primary account. Additional bonus accounts may also be earned whenever any of your bonus accounts successfully completes Level 3. -
How does subscription and upgrade work?
After completing your online registration, your account begins at Level 0. Once your subscription payment is made within 72 hours, your account will be migrated to Level 1. Failure to complete your subscription payment within the stipulated period may lead to account deactivation and eventual deletion. This policy helps your upline, the person who referred you, to focus on subscribers who are ready to participate and also helps preserve the smooth flow of the referral system. Once payment is confirmed, you will be migrated to Level 1 and granted access to begin referring your first five Mutual Family members. From Level 2 to Level 40, migration is designed to run automatically, along with the automatic crediting of referral bonuses from eligible downlines. -
Why must my information be accurate?
All information provided to Eternal Intercontinental must be true, accurate, and verifiable. Providing false or misleading information may lead to immediate account suspension, deactivation, or seizure, depending on the nature of the violation. Reliable information helps us maintain a trusted community and enables us to reach members when important assignments, development opportunities, or official communications arise. -
How should community support funds be used?
Eternal Intercontinental is designed to support inventors, investors, entrepreneurs, and development-minded individuals in building meaningful ventures. Funds received through the platform should be applied responsibly toward productive investments, community development, personal advancement, and the good of humanity. Members are encouraged to use every financial opportunity wisely, remembering that support received is intended to benefit both the individual and the wider community. -
Why is a savings culture important?
Every member is encouraged to develop a disciplined savings culture. It is strongly discouraged to spend all earnings on reckless or unnecessary expenses. Saving helps members prepare for future needs, invest in valuable opportunities, and fund useful ventures that can improve their lives and communities. -
Can legal action be taken against a member?
Yes. Legal action may be taken against any earning member who violates platform policies, submits false information, acts dishonestly, or attempts to defraud another subscriber. Where a member is found guilty of misconduct, all monies received through the platform may be required to be returned in full, in addition to any other lawful action deemed necessary. -
How many levels are included in this journey?
The first migration journey begins from Level 1 to Level 24 and is grouped into six circles. After completing these circles, members enter the Eternal Intercontinental Unlimited Circles, which run from Level 25 to Level 40. These sixteen unlimited levels are structured from Clay to Gold as follows:Clay-Clay, Clay-Bronze, Clay-Silver, Clay-Gold

Can I have more than one account?
Yes, but only after your first, second, and third Mutual Family structures have been fully completed. If you have more interested persons who wish to subscribe, you may assist your downlines in completing their own first five Mutual Family members. This helps strengthen your downline structure faster and creates room for greater long-term benefits. -
Can I skip Level 1?
No. Members are not permitted to skip any level. Growth on the platform is progressive and is achieved as your Mutual Family structure develops according to the required process. -
How can I promote my referral link?
You can promote your referral link by sharing it with interested and eligible persons. Your referral link is available in your Private Office or Dashboard. You may also provide your User ID to your referrals during registration so they can register directly under you as part of your first five Mutual Family members. -
How can I pay my subscription fee?
From your dashboard, locate the subscription section and follow the payment instructions. Enter your phone number, proceed to Flutterwave, and select your preferred payment option. USSD may be used where available, as it is often one of the faster payment options. Once your payment is successful and confirmed, your subscription will be approved. -
How do I receive referral bonuses?
After upgrading to Level 1 and successfully referring your first five Mutual Family members, guide them to complete their subscription payments. As eligible payments are confirmed, the corresponding bonuses will reflect in your EI Units. Once the final referral in your first five completes payment, your withdrawable bonus will be credited accordingly. You may then proceed to request withdrawal, after which approval and payment will be made to your designated account with Eternal Intercontinental. -
Can I refer more than five members?
Yes. You may invite more people even after your first five Mutual Family positions have been filled. Extra referrals can be shared with your downlines to help them build their own Mutual Family structures faster. This is especially helpful when some downlines may not yet have the same level of reach, influence, or referral capacity that you have. -
Are subscription payments refundable?
No. Membership subscription payments are non-refundable. All subscriptions and payments made on the platform are final. -
Can I change my account details?
Yes. You can update certain parts of your profile through the profile page, including uploading or changing your passport photograph. However, sensitive details such as your email address, username, and bank account information require stricter verification and administrative approval from the Admin Team.
